Challenge Waiver

I attest that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the challenge. If I am aware of any medical condition(s) that would prevent me from participating, it is my sole responsibility to abstain from participating in the challenge.

I understand that there is an inherent risk in any exercise that, while providing some health benefits, can cause unknown health issues. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation in the challenge.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Conduit Fitness, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from my participation.
