Your Brain Shift Podcast – Talking About Exercise, Empathy, and More

April 09, 2021 by Erica McClurkin in Exercise, Interviews tags: being human, exercise benefits, fitness approach, movement, self-awareness, taking action, values, well-being, Your Brain Shift Podcast

I had the opportunity to talk with Keith Engelhardt on the Your Brain Shift Podcast. We talked about exercise, empathy, self-awareness, and more.

Keith and I met via Lunchclub and decided that it would be fun to continue our conversation. Keith has been teaching Hatha yoga and meditation for over 30 years, and he has committed several decades to helping people release and reverse the impact of stress in their lives. Your Brain Shift promotes mindset shifts for greater success, health and wellness, and fulfillment.

Some takeaways from our conversation include:

  • When it comes to exercise, choose activities you enjoy as you’ll be more likely to repeat them
  • Break things down and find a fitness routine that works for you and your lifestyle
  • Be willing to explore your interests; you’ll never know if you don’t try

Join Keith’s free Facebook group, Optimize Your Brain for Achievement and Success, to learn more about training your brain to maximize your success, and look for new episodes of Your Brain Shift every other Friday.

Listen to Episode 14 (04/09/21) or watch the video below.
